Will I receive a 75% reimbursement in 2027?
The SME Fund 2027 rules are not published yet. In 2026, approved businesses could get up to 75% of eligible EU trademark fees back, up to €700. The 2026 trademark voucher has run out.
How does the interest list work?
Leave your contact details and tell us about your trademark. We will contact you when we know more about the next call.
How much does an EU trademark application cost?
The EUIPO online fee is €850 for one class, €50 for the second and €150 for each extra class. We will check the fee before filing. Our service fee is separate.
How long does protection last?
An EU trademark lasts 10 years. You can renew it every 10 years.
Does filing guarantee that my trademark will be registered?
No. EUIPO reviews every application. Someone else may object. A search can help spot problems, but it cannot guarantee approval.
